interest in land "interest in land" means- (a) any interest in land, whether registered orregistrable, including one to which the Strata Titles Act 1985 [Act 31] applies and which is capable of being transferred under Part Fourteen of theNational Land Code[Act 56/65] or Part V of the Land Ordinance of Sabah [Cap. 68] or Part VI of the Land Code of Sarawak [Cap. 81]; [ Am. Act A1087] (b) any lien-holder's caveat or other caveats; and (c) any other rights and entitlements relating to land;
